Our standard offering is natural popped makhana with no oil, salt or seasoning. Roasted and lightly seasoned variants are available on request for private-label and retail programmes.

What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?

Twelve months from the date of packing when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Vacuum packing is recommended for long transit or humid destination markets.

Is makhana gluten free?

Yes. Makhana is a lotus seed and is naturally free of gluten. It is also low in fat and low on the glycaemic index, which makes it suitable for wellness, diabetic-friendly and fasting product lines.

MOQ depends on the pack format. Retail pouches start at 500 kg, vacuum packs at 1,000 kg, and bulk cartons at 1 MT. Container-load enquiries typically start at 8 MT for a 20 ft container. Share your requirement and we will confirm against current availability.

Yes. We pack under buyer brands with your artwork, pack size and grade specification. Send us your requirement and we will revert with a costing and a packing sample plan.

What are your typical lead times?

Standard lead time is two to three weeks from order confirmation for bulk consignments, subject to grade availability and season. Private-label programmes take longer because of artwork approval and packing material procurement.
