All export shipments from Giri Noora are dispatched under internationally recognised Incoterms — primarily FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), or CFR (Cost & Freight) — as mutually agreed in the proforma invoice.
Standard dispatch ports include Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, and Kolkata. Air freight samples can be dispatched from Patna or Delhi airports within 48–72 business hours of order confirmation.
All bulk export lots are packed in nitrogen-flushed, hermetically heat-sealed 5-layer co-extruded barrier pouches (1 kg, 5 kg, or 10 kg) placed inside heavy-duty 7-ply corrugated export master cartons.
Container loading follows standard palletisation with corner boards and stretch-wrapping. Load plans and packing lists are provided with each shipment for customs clearance.
Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading / Airway Bill are issued for every international shipment.
Additional certifications (Organic, Halal, Kosher, or EU Organic) can be arranged on buyer request with sufficient lead time.
Standard production and export lead time is 7–14 working days after receipt of advance payment and confirmed purchase order. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to inventory availability.
Air sample dispatches for quality approval are typically shipped within 2–3 working days.
Each shipment is accompanied by an in-house quality inspection report and a third-party Certificate of Analysis confirming moisture content, aflatoxin levels, and heavy metal compliance with the destination country's food safety standards.
